Job Description
Role Overview
- The Sales & Marketing Manager will act as the central coordination point between the Head of Sales, field Sales Engineers, and Nisiki’s customers. This role focuses on lead management, customer follow-ups, order coordination, and post-sales continuity to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to repeat business. The role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating at the intersection of sales, operations, and communication
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Opportunity Management
- Own and manage inbound and outbound sales leads across channels.
- Qualify, track, and distribute leads to appropriate Sales Engineers based on geography, customer type, and application.
- Maintain a clear lead pipeline and follow up rigorously to avoid leakage.
- Customer & Account Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-enquiry and post-order.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, samples, tooling, production status, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, quality, finance) to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Post-Sales & Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth post-sales support, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Proactively engage customers to strengthen relationships and identify repeat or upsell opportunities.
- Track customer feedback and ensure learnings flow back into sales and operations.
- Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, quotations, orders, and follow-ups in CRM / ERP systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead conversion, order status, customer activity, and pending actions.
- Support the Head of Sales with data, insights, and structured follow-ups.
- Marketing & Coordination SupportSupport marketing initiatives by tracking campaign leads and outcomes.
- Help maintain customer databases, communication materials, and basic sales documentation.
- Coordinate customer visits, meetings, and internal reviews when required.
Ideal Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or sales operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or B2B industrial environments preferred.
- Exposure to working with field sales teams and factory operations is a strong plus.
