Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand presence, and expanding market reach for our antique and heritage product line. This role combines strategic marketing, client relationship management, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales ManagementDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities in luxury homes, interior design firms, hotels, and collectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

Marketing & Brand Building

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, offline, exhibitions, and events)
• Develop brand positioning aligned with heritage and luxury aesthetics
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and online marketplaces
• Collaborate with designers and creatives for product storytelling
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and art shows

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Identify emerging opportunities in antique and vintage markets
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans
