Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Title : Sales Assistant Manager - OEM Automotive (3-5 years of sales experience in OEM automotive industry)

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing ,BE Mech/Diploma in Mechanical

Job Summary : Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers in the automotive industry. (OEMs - Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler - Toyota, Tata Mahindra, Suzuki, TVS, Hero Honda, Ashok Leyland,Eicher, Etc..)

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Sales Support: Analyze sales data and market trends, Identify new business opportunities with OEMs, Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies, Manage sales forecasts and pipeline, Coordinate sales meetings and product demonstrations.

2.       Build and maintain relationships with OEM decision-makers, Understand OEM requirements and preferences, Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

3.      Manage sales administration (orders, invoices, etc.),Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.), Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, Identify process improvements.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
