Job Description

Sales & Marketing Expert – Fitness Equipment (B2B Focus)


Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Expert with strong fitness knowledge to drive business growth for our fitness equipment division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on understanding of fitness equipment, strong B2B sales experience, and the ability to handle end-to-end customer management — from lead generation to final delivery coordination.


This is a target-based role requiring proactive lead generation, cold calling, client conversion, and team coordination.


Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Revenue Generation


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Drive B2B sales (gyms, fitness studios, corporate wellness centers, hotels, institutions, dealers)


Generate revenue through strategic pitching and relationship building


Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing (as per company policy), and close deals


2️⃣ Lead Generation & Cold Calling


Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking


Maintain and update lead database regularly


Follow up consistently with potential clients until closure


Convert leads into confirmed sales


3️⃣ Customer Handling & Conversion


Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries professionally


Understand client requirements and suggest suitable fitness equipment solutions


Conduct product presentations and demonstrations


Build long-term relationships with customers


Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business


4️⃣ Fitness & Product Expertise


Have strong knowledge of fitness equipment (cardio, strength, functional training, accessories, etc.)


Explain technical features, workout benefits, and equipment applications confidently


Guide customers based on their business goals and fitness needs


Stay updated on new fitness trends and equipment innovations


5️⃣ Team Coordination & Operations Handling


Coordinate with the Service Team for installation and after-sales support


Coordinate with the Delivery Team to ensure timely dispatch and installation


Act as a bridge between customer and internal departments


Ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to final delivery


6️⃣ Marketing & Business Development


Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities


Identify new market opportunities and partnerships


Participate in fitness events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities


Work closely with management and other team members for business growth strategies


Required Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience in B2B Sales (mandatory)


Experience in fitness industry or strong fitness background preferred


Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills


Comfortable with cold calling and target-based performance


Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities


Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently


Self-driven, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
