Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Head to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of executives, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
• Handle high-value client interactions and closures
• Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead generation
• Ensure proper follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures
• Maintain CRM updates and generate sales reports
• Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers

• Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably residential/luxury segment)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset
• Experience in handling CRM tools and sales reporting
• Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus
