Job Title: Team Lead – Sales (Real Estate)

Job Summary
Nivashan Infra Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead – Sales to manage and guide a team of Pre-Sales Executives and Business Development Consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, monitoring team performance, ensuring lead conversions, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and real estate sales experience to drive both lead generation and sales conversions.

Experience
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling
• Prior experience in team leadership or supervision preferred
Educational Qualification
• Any Degree

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to motivate and guide team members
• Basic CRM and sales reporting knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
Team Management
• Manage and supervise a team of Pre-Sales Executives and Business Development Consultants
• Allocate leads and calling tasks to the team
• Monitor daily calling activity and performance of team members
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Provide training, guidance, and support to improve team performance
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets
Sales & Business Development
• Support the team in lead generation and qualification
• Assist in sales conversions and negotiations
• Ensure proper scheduling and execution of customer site visits
• Follow up with potential customers for deal closures
• Monitor and track sales funnel and conversion ratios
Operational Responsibilities
• Ensure daily reporting from the team on calls, leads, and conversions
• Maintain lead management and updates in CRM
• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and targets
• Ensure proper follow-ups on payments and documentation
