Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive a team of sales executives in the primary real estate segment. The candidate will be responsible for team revenue targets, closing high-value deals, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth.


  • Key Responsibilities


  • Team ManagementLead and manage a team of Sales Executives
  • Assign leads and monitor daily performance
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
  • Train team members on project knowledge and closing techniques
  • Sales & RevenueAchieve monthly and quarterly team targets
  • Handle primary sales (direct client closing)
  • Support team in negotiation and deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with developers and channel partners
  • Operations & StrategyEnsure CRM discipline and accurate reporting
  • Develop sales strategies for new launches and ongoing projects
  • Track funnel metrics: lead-to-visit, visit-to-booking ratios
  • Identify gaps and improve team productivity

Any Graduate
