🌟 Job Opening: SAP HCM Payroll SME (6+ Years) — Remote | SAP AMS SupportWe are hiring an experienced SAP HCM Payroll SME to support our global AMS operations. If you have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll, Time Management, Configuration, and End-to-End Payroll Processing, this role is for you.

đź”§ Role: SAP HCM Payroll SMEExperience: 6+ Years

Location: Offshore (Remote)

Requirement Type: SAP AMS Support

Support Window: 24Ă—5 (Two resources per role)

Work Timings: Mountain Time Zone

Engagement: Production Support, Enhancements, Incident & Service Request Handling

  • 📝 Job ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Payroll processing including schemas, rules, wage types, retro-calculations, and off-cycle payments.
  • Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (India/US/Global Payroll based on requirement).
  • Provide functional support for Time Management, attendance/absence, quotas, and work schedules.
  • Troubleshoot payroll errors, posting issues, authorizations, and integrations.
  • Handle Payroll–Finance (FI) integration including posting, reconciliation, and GL mapping.
  • Participate in incident handling, change requests, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICO, HCM, Basis) for smooth operations.
  • Support periodic activities such as year-end, off-cycle, and statutory updates.
  • Guide junior consultants and ensure adherence to SLA standards.
  • âś” Key Skills Required6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Payroll Schemas & PCRs
  • Wage Types, IT Tables, Pay Components
  • Time Evaluation & Quota Generation
  • Payroll Control Records & Retro Calculations
  • Posting to Finance
  • PA/OM integration
  • Experience handling Production Support for global payroll environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and issue-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced AMS environment.
  • đź’Ľ Good to HaveExperience with US/UK/UAE/India Payroll.
  • Knowledge of HCM Personal Administration (PA), OM, Benefits, and Time.
  • Experience with S/4HANA HCM compatibility pack.
