Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
2. Develop and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
4. Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) within SAP environments.
5. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on SAP security-related matters, including user provisioning, role design, and access request management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP security controls into business processes and applications.
7. Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in SAP security and compliance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
8. Participate in SAP security incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and remediation.
9. Train and mentor junior SAP security team members, as needed.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of SAP security awareness training programs for end-users and IT staff.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP security administration and GRC implementation.
3. Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
4. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
5. Experience with SAP security assessment tools and methodologies.
6. Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS as they relate to SAP security.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
9. Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Security Professional) preferred.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
