Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and strong female leader to take charge as Principal of our school offering education from Pre-Nursery to Class X.

The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership, ensure academic excellence, and manage overall school operations with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and academic outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure discipline, child safety, and a positive school culture
• Maintain compliance with education board norms and statutory requirements
• Communicate effectively with parents, management, and staff
• Drive school growth, admissions, and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct staff meetings, teacher training, and performance reviews
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school
• Required Skills & Qualities:Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Deep understanding of school operations and academics

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate / B.Ed / M.Ed preferred
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, with leadership exposure
• Prior experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head is an advantage
• Experience handling Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary sections preferred
