Job Description
Key Responsibilities:· 1. Executive Support:
· Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel for the MD/CEO.
· Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
· Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
· Coordinate high-level meetings, off-sites, and events.
· 2. Administrative Support:
· Maintain files, documents, and records with confidentiality.
· Manage office-related purchases and administrative tasks as required.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations on behalf of the MD/CEO.
· 3. Communication & Coordination:
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Coordinate with different departments for status updates, follow-ups, and project tracking.
· Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications.
· 4. Project Assistance:
· Support the MD/CEO in research, analysis, and execution of strategic projects.
· Track progress on key business goals, initiatives, and KPIs.
· Handle special assignments and confidential tasks efficiently.
Key Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
· Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
· High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
· Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
