Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Secretary to work from home and support our Canada-based client.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with factories for regular production updates
  • Communicate with shipping agents to track and manage dispatch movements
  • Share timely updates with both the client and factories
  • Maintain clear documentation and follow-ups on orders and shipments
  • Visit factories when required for on-ground coordination
  • Be open to occasional travel for factory inspections



Requirements:


  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good organizational and follow-up ability
  • Basic understanding of production and logistics (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
