🚀 We’re Hiring – PA cum Executive Assistant | Bengaluru

(On-site)MachFox Hydraulics & Lubrication Systems Pvt. Ltd. is expanding! We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized PA cum Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in day-to-day operations.

📍 Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

🔑Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and travel schedules
• Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
• Draft reports, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and official communications
• Provide daily operational support to executive leadership

👤Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (knowledge of Hindi is essential)
• 1–3 years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant
• Strong proficiency in MS
• Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
