Summary:

We are

seeking a detail - oriented Senior Accounts Executive with 2-3years of

hand-on experience in accounting and proficiency in Tally. The candidate

will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts operation, ensuring

accurate financial records, and supporting compliance & reporting

requirements.

Roles

and Responsibilities

·        

Maintain & update financial records

using Tally ERP

·        Handle day-to-day accounting transactions ( sales, purchase, receipts, payments)

·        Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations

·        Manage accounts payable and receivable

·        Generate invoices & follow up on payments

·        Prepare GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

·        Assist in monthly, quarterly, & annual financial closing

·        Prepare reports and financial statements

·        Coordinate with auditor during audits

·        Monitor expenses & ensure proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance B.COM preferred.

·        2-3 years of relevant accounting experience

·        Strong working knowledge of Tally

·        Basic knowledge of TDS, GST & Taxation

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications

·        Good analytical & problem solving skills

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

·        Good communication skills

·        Experience in handling audits & compliance

·        Knowledge of payroll processing

·        Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

·        

Timings : 09hours Sunday Off

Salary : 3lpa to 4.2lpa
