Senior Accountant

Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the company’s financial operations, contracts, and purchases, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting:

• Oversee financial transactions (AP/AR), maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

1. Taxation:

• Handle taxation (GST, income tax), file tax returns, and stay updated on tax regulations.

1. Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data, prepare reports (income statements, balance sheets), and provide recommendations.

1. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitor performance.

1. Audit & Compliance:

• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure regulatory compliance, including RERA requirements.

1. Contracts & Purchases:

• Oversee financial aspects of contracts and purchase agreements, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review contract terms and manage vendor payments.

1. Team Management:

• Lead and mentor junior finance staff, providing support and guidance.
