Senior Accountant

Job Description:

·        BCom/BBA/BBM

·        Minimum 3-5 year experience working under a Chartered Accountant in Practice/Service

·        Knowledge of using Excel, letter drafting and email etiquettes

·        Good English-speaking skills

·        Location – Yelahanka, Bangalore.

1.      Knowledge in Accounting concepts

2.      Knowledge in GST - e-invoicing, return filing, registration & amendment, 2B reconciliation Notice handling and Annual return filings.

3.      Knowledge in TDS – TDS rates, applicability, Quarterly return filing, issuing Form-16A, knowledge of lower deduction certificate and its usage.

4.      Knowledge of Advance Tax calculation (timing differences, forex gain/loss, with estimate projection of Income and provisions for expenses)

5.      Knowledge in maintaining Employee Insurance balances in the form of ledgers statements

6.      Knowledge of maintaining Fixed asset register

7.      Knowledge of Depreciation of Tangible & Intangible assets

8.      Knowledge of Tally & Zoho books.

9.      Knowledge in preparation and presentation of monthly MIS (in excel)

10.  Knowledge in bank reconciliation

11.  Knowledge in MCA/ROC compliances

12.  Knowledge in handling Accounts Receivable & Accounts payable (Vendor & Customer accounts Reconciliation, Interacting with vendors & customers).

13.  Knowledge in providing audit support to companies & LLPs (Statutory audit, GST audit, Tax audit)
