Senior Accountant

Skills Required:

·          Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com/M. Com).

·         5+ years of experience in accounting.

·          Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, CRM, or equivalent) and MS Excel, Typing.

·         Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.

·          Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·         Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under pressure.

·         Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.

·        Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Kannada and Hindi).

Job -Responsibilities: –

1.     Tax Compliance and

other: Handle GST, TDS, PT, ESI, PF and other statutory filings as per government regulations.

2.     Maintain Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data.

3.     Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage outgoing and incoming payments, issue invoices, and follow up on receivables.

4.     Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements with accounting records.

5.     Coordination with Bank: BG, DD, solvency and payments.  

6.     Tax Compliance and other: Handle GST, TDS, PT, ESI, PF and other statutory filings as per government regulations.

7.     General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for customer and vendors.

8.     Assist in Audits: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

9.     Documentation and Compliance: Maintain proper documentation of all financial records in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.

10. Coordination

with Other Department: Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations to ensure smooth financial operations.
