Senior Accounts Manager / Accounts Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager / Accounts Lead to independently manage and oversee the entire accounting function of the organization. The role requires complete ownership of end-to-end accounting, compliance, audits, and team handling.

CA Interns can also be considered for a supporting role within the accounts team.

• Key Responsibilities:Independently handle end-to-end accounting operations
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
• Oversee banking activities and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Handle internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
• Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and returns
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes
• Lead and supervise the accounts team
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare MIS reports and financial insights for management
• Key Skills Required:Strong expertise in Accounting & Financial Management
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
• Experience in auditing and finalization of accounts
• Hands-on experience in ledger & bank reconciliation
• Ability to manage end-to-end accounts independently
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Tally / Zoho / SAP / ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Qualifications:CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com
• CA Inter / CA Interns can be considered for junior/support roles
• Preferred Profile:Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance end-to-end
• Prior experience in managing a team is an advantage
