DT Studio Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Architect for corporate interior and commercial projects. The role involves leading architectural design execution, coordinating with consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality BIM-based architectural solutions from concept to completion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company along with Project Architect in corporate interior & commercial projects

• Lead projects from concept to execution ensuring innovative and functional design outcomes

• Understand client requirements and prepare feasibility reports & design proposals

• Develop architectural plans, revisions, and client presentations

• Coordinate with 3D visualization team for high-quality conceptual outputs

• Design and review plans using BIM platform as per company standards

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations & guidelines

• Conduct site visits and monitor execution quality

• Prepare coordinated services drawings & GFC drawings

• Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, networking & fire safety consultants

• Mentor Junior Architects and guide project teams

• Stay updated with architectural & corporate interior trends

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Arch / B.Design (Graduate – Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Corporate Interiors Preferred)

• Industry Preference: Architecture / Interior Design

• English Requirement: Good English

• Strong understanding of Interior Design Regulations & Layout Planning
