Position: Senior HR Executive

Qualification: MBA/MSW/MHRD

Experience: 5-6 Years

Other Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualification: Any Master’s degree in Human Resource Management

2. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

3. Must be fluent in Kannada, English & Hindi

4. Must have excellent knowledge of HR Concepts.

Job Description

• Managing recruitment processes, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Handling the onboarding process and conducting the orientation program.
• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Attendance Management.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Managing employee separation processes.
