Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in selling industrial and laboratory equipment to institutional and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, exceptional customer relationship skills, and a deep understanding of the weighing scales and analytical equipment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Drive sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities within industrial and institutional customer segments.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of Acurel’s product portfolio, including weighing scales and analytical equipment from brands like Ohaus, Shimadzu, and ADI Controls.
  • Territory Management: Plan and execute sales activities within designated territories, managing a schedule of regular client visits and follow-ups.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in industrial weighing scales, analytical equipment, or a related field, serving industrial and institutional clients.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, science, or a related discipline (such as electronics, instrumentation, or industrial engineering).
  • Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and close sales.
