Senior Finance Executive

1️⃣ Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Monitor actual performance against budget
• Analyze financial variances and report findings
• Support management in financial decision-making

2️⃣ Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Generate MIS reports for management review
• Ensure accuracy of profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Maintain proper financial documentation

3️⃣ Accounting & Bookkeeping Supervision

• Oversee daily accounting entries and journal postings
• Review general ledger and trial balance
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts

4️⃣ Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances
• Prepare cash flow forecasts
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for operations
• Coordinate with banks for transactions and financing

5️⃣ Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of tax returns
• Monitor GST/TDS or applicable tax compliance
• Maintain compliance with statutory regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities

6️⃣ Cost Control & Expense Monitoring

• Analyze operational costs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Review expense reports for accuracy and approval

7️⃣ Internal Controls & Risk Management

• Implement and monitor financial controls
• Prevent fraud and financial misstatements
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies

8️⃣ Audit Support

• Prepare schedules and documents for internal/external audits
• Respond to auditor queries
• Implement audit recommendations
