Job Title: Senior HR – Remote Educator Recruitment & Sales Workforce Management

Work Mode: Work From Home

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional to manage remote hiring, training, and workforce operations for our Educator Recruitment & Sales Teams.

Main Mandatory Requirement (English):

• Must have a laptop
• Must have strong working internet
• Must have previous experience hiring remote staff, including screening 20–40+ candidates in bulk batches via Zoom and Google Meet, in both Hindi and English

Key Responsibilities

1. Remote Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end hiring for educator and sales workforce roles.
• Conduct bulk hiring of 30–50 candidates remotely.
• Use job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, etc.
• Screen profiles, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Main Requirement Reminder (English):

Must be able to conduct interviews on Zoom/Google Meet in Hindi & English, and must have laptop + internet + bulk hiring experience (20–40+ candidates).

• Maintain hiring trackers and daily recruitment reports.

2. Training & Onboarding

• Provide remote training using Zoom/Google Meet.
• Train candidates on responsibilities, expectations, systems, and processes.
• Ensure smooth documentation and onboarding.

3. Workforce & Team Management

• Monitor daily performance of educator & sales workforce.
• Ensure attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Resolve queries and support team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in remote hiring, especially managing 30–50 candidates at a time.

Important Requirement (English):

Must have prior experience screening 20–40+ candidates in bulk batches on Zoom/Google Meet (Hindi + English).

• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to run Zoom training sessions and final interviews.
• Full-time availability (10 AM–7 PM).
• Strong understanding of HR operations & workforce management.

Mandatory (English):

• Must have laptop + smartphone
• Must have stable Wi-Fi/working internet
