Role SummaryWe are looking for a senior HR professional with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment to lead hiring across all functions. The role is purely recruitment-driven and requires hands-on involvement in closing leadership, lateral, and bulk positions within defined timelines.

• Key Responsibilities (Recruitment Focused)Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Corporate, and Support roles
• Manpower planning in coordination with business heads
• Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and critical positions
• Manage job portals, consultants, referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring
• Drive recruitment strategy to meet aggressive hiring targets
• Screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates efficiently
• Maintain recruitment MIS, tracker, TAT, and hiring reports
• Vendor and consultancy management with cost optimization
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination post-offer
• Desired Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on recruitment experience (mandatory)
• Excellent sourcing and closing capabilities
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in recruitment MIS, trackers, and analytics
• Preferred Candidate Profile10–12 years of core recruitment experience
• MBA (HR) / MSW qualification
• Experience in retail / automobile / multi-location hiring preferred
• Immediate to 1-month notice period preferred
