Senior HR Recruiter

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves managing hiring requirements across functions, ensuring timely closures, and contributing to building a strong employer brand.

• Key Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, references, and direct approaches.
• Manage bulk hiring as well as specialized/niche role recruitment.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ensure timely reporting.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career page, LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns).
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies, processes, and diversity initiatives.
• Support and mentor junior recruiters when required.
• Key Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in end-to-end recruitment (3+ years).
• Hands-on knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (corporate / NGO / consulting background).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tools/ATS.
