Role Summary:Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across functions and locations, ensuring timely and quality hires while strengthening the employer brand and candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain documentation.
• Skills & Competencies:Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet deadlines.
• Qualification & Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition (multi-location or high-volume hiring preferred).
