Job Description

The Senior Sales Advisor – Field Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in field sales. The Senior Sales Advisor will also mentor junior sales staff and ensure sales processes are followed efficiently.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and field visits.
  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Sales Execution

  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  1. Mentoring & Collaboration

  • Guide and support junior sales advisors in meeting their sales goals.
  • Share best practices and provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth execution.
  1. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide market feedback to improve products, services, and pricing strategies.
  • RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in field sales, with at least 2 years in a senior/advisory role.
  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Good market awareness and networking skills.
