Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive offline retail expansion and B2B sales for Sprig. The role involves onboarding retail partners, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring strong product placement and sell-through in stores.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new retail stores, distributors, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
  • Drive secondary sales and ensure product movement at store level
  • Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility in stores
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competition and gather insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Train retail staff about Sprig products and key selling points (CMF, quality, variety)
  • Track payments, collections, and outstanding dues from partners

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales / channel sales / distribution sales
  • Experience in mobile accessories, electronics, or FMCG is a plus
  • Strong understanding of retail market and dealer networks
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
