Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive offline retail expansion and B2B sales for Sprig. The role involves onboarding retail partners, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring strong product placement and sell-through in stores.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new retail stores, distributors, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Drive secondary sales and ensure product movement at store level
- Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility in stores
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition and gather insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Train retail staff about Sprig products and key selling points (CMF, quality, variety)
- Track payments, collections, and outstanding dues from partners
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales / channel sales / distribution sales
- Experience in mobile accessories, electronics, or FMCG is a plus
- Strong understanding of retail market and dealer networks
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Self-driven and target-oriented
