Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the FMCG and spices sector.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling kitchen spices and related FMCG products.
- Conduct field visits daily to expand product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new retailers, stockists, and distributors to increase market penetration.
- Ensure product placement, availability, and visibility at retail counters.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to generate consumer awareness and demand.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
- Support promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and product launches.
- Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong field sales and marketing skills in FMCG sector.
- Knowledge of spices and food product sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer service mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
