Job Description

Key Responsibilites & Competencies:

  • B2B Client Acquisition: Onboarding corporate clients, offices and event planners for bulk orders
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handling end-to-end sales including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and contract signing
  • Revenue Management: Achieve monthly sales targets by optimizing menu mix, pricing and promotions
  • Relationship Building: Building relationships with prospective clients to secure catering based meal contracts. Cultivating long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Operational Liaison: Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery and quality, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors and analyse market trends to adjust sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in catering sales, within the hospitality or HoReCa sector
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food service logistics, menu planning and corporate catering requirements
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to pitch and close deals
  • Relationship Building: Ability to network effectively with procurement heads, Chefs and corporate decision makers
  • Goal-Oriented: A proactive, target-driven mindset
  • Education: College education preferred
  • Key Skills: High level of creativity, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast paced client driven environment
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ability to use email and the internet
