Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Hospital Supplies

Location: Work From Home (Flexible to Work From Bengaluru office as Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview -

We are looking for a results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads related to hospital and medical supplies. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers while delivering a high-quality experience to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.


The role operates primarily in a work-from-home model, with the expectation of working from the office when business needs require.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to hospital and medical supplies
  • Engage with hospital procurement teams, clinics, and healthcare professionals to understand requirements
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders through effective sales conversations
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system, chats through whatsapp or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
  • Follow up on leads in a timely and structured manner to maximize closure rates
  • Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or call-center sales (healthcare or B2B sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high ownership
  • Comfortable handling sales targets and performance metrics
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM tools is an advantage
  • Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
