We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.

Benefits ESIC / PF (If eligible) + Insurance / Bonus / Gratuity / Leaves all as per Labour Law + Yearly Increment + Travel Allowance + Retention Bonus after completion of 5 years of duty, Salary negotiable based on experiences.

Qualifications and skills:

ü Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking

ü Excellent SEO experience and a good understanding of SEM

ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ü Experience with in-depth analysis using website analytics tools

ü Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

ü Ability to multitask

ü Excellent knowledge of how the Internet works

ü Technical and programming skills

ü Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities

ü Optimize website copy and landing pages

ü Research and analyse the SEO efforts of competitors

ü Develop and execute off-page SEO through link building

ü Research keyword trends

ü Update existing content to include more keywords in web pages, blogs and articles

ü Perform ongoing keyword discovery and optimization

ü Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to drive SEO in content creation

ü Track, report and analyse website analytics

ü Improve organic search rankings (e.g., Top 10).

ü Increase website traffic and leads.

ü Enhance brand visibility and authority.

ü Boost conversions from organic search.

ü Keyword Research: Identifying valuable search terms and trends.

ü On-Page SEO: Optimizing content, meta tags, headlines, and structure.

ü Technical SEO: Fixing site speed, crawl errors, mobile-friendliness, site architecture.

ü Off-Page SEO/Link Building: Developing strategies to earn high-quality backlinks.

ü Content Marketing: Collaborating to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and web pages.

ü Analytics & Reporting: Tracking performance, analyzing data (Google Analytics, Search Console), and providing insights.

ü Regular reports (monthly/quarterly) with performance metrics and insights.

ü Keyword gap analysis and target lists.

ü Content optimization recommendations or implemented changes.

ü Technical audit reports.

ü Link-building campaign reports.
