Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Specialist who can plan, create, and optimize content that drives measurable organic results for our global B2B clients. This role blends SEO expertise with strong content strategy skills. You will be responsible for crafting search-optimized content, improving site architecture from a content perspective, and collaborating with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content-driven SEO, keyword-to-content mapping, on-page optimization, and performance tracking. Familiarity with SEM is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO Strategy

• Develop and execute content-led SEO strategies for Quixta’s B2B clients across global markets.
• Create keyword-driven content plans, topic clusters, and content calendars.
• Write, edit, and optimize high-quality SEO content (blogs, landing pages, website copy, case studies, etc.).
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, search intent, and SEO best practices.

SEO Execution

• Conduct keyword research, competitor content analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Optimize existing content for improved rankings, CTR, and conversions.
• Work closely with design and development teams to maintain SEO-friendly site architecture and internal linking.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Run content audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare monthly SEO/content performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to deliver SEO-ready pages.
• Collaborate with SEM team when required to create landing-page content for paid campaigns.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest search trends, algorithm changes, and content marketing best practices.
• Present past content-SEO success stories and case studies to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SEO content creation and content strategy.
• Strong portfolio of content-led SEO results, especially for B2B clients.
• In-depth understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Knowledge of CRO, schema markup, or structured content creation.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
