Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SEO Executive cum Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, handling day-to-day SEO tasks, and managing coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: SEO Execution:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page).
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical site audits.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and images for SEO.
• Execute link-building activities, content marketing, and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor website performance, rankings, and traffic using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms and best SEO practices.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (design, development, content) to ensure SEO deliverables are met on time.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, work plans, and progress reports.
• Serve as a bridge between clients and technical teams to gather requirements, share updates, and handle feedback.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of project workflows and client communications.
• Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of SEO concepts, tools, and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Good knowledge of website analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) are a plus.
