**Job Responsibilities:**  

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service and repairs of their two-wheelers.

- Assist customers in identifying their service needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes.

- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely completion.

- Communicate effectively with the service team about customer needs and requirements.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner.

- Maintain customer records and documentation pertaining to service history.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

- Promote additional services and maintenance packages to customers.

**Qualifications:**  

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive service management is a plus.

- Previous experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry, particularly with two-wheelers, is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and service processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

- Proficient in using service management software and tools.
