Job Description
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with, and handle queries or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Food & Beverage (Concessions): Take orders, serve snacks and beverages (including in-seat service), upsell combos, and manage inventory at the counter.
Box Office & Ticketing: Operate the VISTA software system for booking, ticketing, and handling cash transactions accurately.
Ushering & Operations: Guide guests to seats, manage crowd flow, check tickets, and maintain cleanliness in auditoriums and lobby areas.
Compliance: Adhere to safety, security, and grooming standards.

Education: 12th Pass or higher (Hotel Management/Aviation preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and basic cash handling capabilities.
