Service Engineer

We are looking for a Copier Technician installs, maintains, and repairs office equipment, including copiers, printers, and scanners, ensuring optimal functionality. They troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and train clients on proper usage. Key duties include managing inventory, documenting service reports, and traveling to client locations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup: Configure and install new copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs), ensuring network connectivity.
• Repair & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and diagnose complex issues using service manuals.
• Customer Support: Provide on-site technical support, train users on functionality, and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Documentation & Inventory: Maintain accurate records of service calls, manage vehicle stock, and order necessary parts. 

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; associate’s degree in electronics or related field preferred.
