Job Description
- Timely Attendance & Meetings: Ensure presence at the workshop by 11:40 AM (Mon–Thu) and 11:00 AM (Fri–Sun); conduct morning meetings by 12:00 PM; hold Supervisor-level meetings by 11:45 AM.
- Workshop Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure workshop is clean, organized, and well-maintained before opening and throughout working hours.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Verify daily inventory availability; ensure product availability for each job card; track dismantled stock and maintain records for customer handover.
- Workforce & Task Allocation: Distribute labor/work tasks to technicians on a rotation basis; prepare and post next day’s manpower plan, including shifts and week-offs, before store closure.
- Performance Monitoring & QC: Analyze technician targets during morning meetings; highlight underperformers; ensure thorough Quality Control (QC) checks to minimize reworks; verify and close rework issues.
- Safety & Security Compliance: Monitor workshop security; ensure all protective procedures are strictly executed during work.
- Leave Management & Handover: In case of leave, ensure checklist tasks are handed over to Supervisor without fail.
- Monthly Responsibilities (Key Focus Areas)Audit & Compliance: Plan and execute audits of workshop tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
