Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their furniture requirements.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and customization options.
- Prepare and present quotations to customers.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain product knowledge of the latest furniture designs, finishes, and trends.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams for order updates.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
