Site Engineer – Fabrication (Manufacturing & Construction Field)

Required 1year to 10years exp

we are looking for both junior site engineer and senior project manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities at the site.
• Coordinate with fabricators, welders, fitters, and contractors.
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, measurements, and layouts.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
• Monitor cutting, welding, grinding, and fitting works as per quality standards.
• Check dimensions and quality of fabricated components.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and update management.
• Follow safety rules and ensure workers use PPE.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers.
• Solve site issues and ensure timely completion of fabrication work.
• Inspect completed work before installation or dispatch.
• Handle manpower planning and labour attendance at the site.
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.
