Role Summary

The Skill Trainer will conduct structured, fun-based certification sessions for children (3–13 years) within the park. The trainer will introduce and coach basic skills in activities such as Gymnastics (splits & rolls), Hula Hooping, Hoverboarding, and Juggling, while ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment aligned with Skyjumper’s safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute certification-based activity sessions for children.
• Demonstrate and teach fundamental techniques in assigned activity areas.
• Ensure strict adherence to Skyjumper safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Create a high-energy, interactive, and child-friendly environment.
• Monitor participants closely to ensure safety at all times.
• Support milestone evaluations and certification completion.
• Coordinate with park operations and zone staff for smooth session flow.
• Maintain activity equipment and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Cross-train across multiple certification activities as required.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in Gymnastics, Dance, Sports Training, Skating, Hoverboarding, Juggling, or similar physical activities preferred.
• Comfortable managing groups of children in an active environment.
• Energetic, patient, confident, and safety-conscious personality.
• Physically active and able to demonstrate movements clearly.

Working Hours

• Weekends and holidays are mandatory working days
• Weekly off will be provided on a weekday
