Job Summary

We are hiring a Social Media & Brand Growth Manager. We need someone who can:

• manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• plan and create content
• professionally shoot reel videos in-house
• appear comfortably on camera
• improve engagement and brand awareness
• run campaigns
• create content that supports sales/conversions

We are looking for someone with a premium, international content sense. We prefer candidates with good camera skills and familiarity with Korean culture, aesthetics, and the beauty/personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms
• Plan content calendar (reels, posts, stories, shorts)
• Shoot and create reel videos professionally in-house (important)
• Appear on camera / speak in brand videos when required
• Create content for engagement, awareness, and campaign goals
• Run social media campaigns and promotional content
• Track trends and create relevant content quickly
• Write captions / basic scripts / hooks / CTA-based content
• Reply to comments/DMs and improve community engagement
• Work with internal team on launches, offers, and promotions
• Track performance (reach, engagement, views, campaign results)

Required Skills:

• Experience in social media management + content creation
• Strong experience in shooting reels/videos professionally
• Comfortable with camera framing, lighting, and basic production
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube formats
• Basic video editing skills.
• Good communication skills (English required, Hindi and Kannada preferred)
• Must be available to work on-site in Bangalore
• Startup mindset (ownership, speed, execution)

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with D2C / e-commerce / lifestyle brands
• Experience in beauty / skincare / personal care content
• Familiarity with Korean culture / visual aesthetics / content style
• Experience running engagement or conversion-focused campaigns
• Experience with influencer collaborations / UGC coordination
