Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote spice and FMCG products in the market.
• Build brand awareness in retail shops, supermarkets, and local markets.
• Manage all social medias and E-retail.
• Create and post product-related content such as reels, photos, and promotional videos.
• Highlight product quality, cleanliness, and manufacturing process through content.
• Run marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.
• Support sales team with promotions, offers, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Plan local branding activities such as shop boards, banners, and product displays.
• Engage with customers and handle online inquiries.
• Track marketing performance and improve strategies for better results.

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in marketing or social media (FMCG preferred)
• Good knowledge of marketing strategies and customer behaviour
• Skills in content creation (basic video/photo editing preferred)
• Strong communication and creative thinking
