Social Media Sale Executive

We are looking for an energetic and fast-learning individual to join our growing team. You will be responsible for two main areas: helping customers who visit our store and managing our high volume of online inquiries on Instagram and WhatsApp.

Note: The first 1-2 weeks will be dedicated to intensive product training. You must learn about our resin, silicone molds, and jewelry raw materials before handling customers independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Mastery (Phase 1):

• Spend the first week learning the names, uses, and prices of all craft materials.

• Understand the difference between wholesale and retail pricing.

2. In-Store Customer Service:

• Attend to walk-in customers with a helpful and friendly attitude.

• Suggest the right materials based on their project needs (cross-selling).

• Maintain the display and ensure the store looks organized.

3. Digital Sales (Instagram & WhatsApp):

• Clear the daily backlog of 100+ messages promptly.

• Share product photos, videos, and price lists with online buyers.

• Convert "inquiries" into "confirmed orders" by collecting payment screenshots and shipping addresses.

Requirements & Skills:

• Language: Fluent in Kannada and Hindi (Required to talk to local and outstation clients).

• Communication: Clear, polite, and very fast at typing on a smartphone.

• Tech Savvy: Must be an expert at using Instagram Reels, DMs, and WhatsApp Business tools.

• Education: 12th Pass or any Degree.

• Attitude: A "ready-to-learn" mindset. You must be comfortable working in the busy, fast-paced environment of Kumbarpet.
