Role Description - WD

1. Website Development: Build and maintain websites, ensuring they are responsive, functional, and visually appealing.
2. Front-End Development: Implement web design and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, database management, and application integration.
4. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of web applications to ensure they are free of bugs.
5. Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues and bugs.
6. Performance Optimization: Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
7. User Experience (UX): Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation and user flow.
8. User Interface (UI): Design and implement effective and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
9. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure websites function correctly across different browsers.
10. SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking.
11. Content Management Systems (CMS): Work with CMS like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
12. Version Control/Git: Utilize version control software to track changes and collaborate with other team members.
13. API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services.
14. Security: Implement security measures to protect websites from cyber threats.
15. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

 Qualifications -

1. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
3. Back-End Development: Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
4. Database Management: Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
5. Version Control/Git: Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
6. API Development: Ability to create and consume RESTful services and APIs.
7. Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
8. Testing and Debugging: Skills in writing tests and debugging code across the full stack.
9. DevOps: Awareness of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
10. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
