Job Description
Job Title: South Indian Chef (Dosa & Curry Specialist)
Company: Ashtagrama
Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on trial)
- Job Highlights:Free Food & Accommodation provided.

- Day shifts / Rotational shifts available.
- What you will do:Prepare authentic South Indian dishes: Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambar, and Chutneys.
- Manage the Main Course section including Biryanis and regional veg/non-veg curries.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Control food wastage and manage daily stock requirements.
- What we are looking for:Experience: 3+ years in a South Indian restaurant or hotel.
- Skills: Expert in traditional tempering (tadka) and batter fermentation.
- Language: Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Must be hardworking and able to handle rush hours.
