Job Summary:

A Spoken English Trainer is responsible for teaching students how to speak English clearly and confidently. The trainer helps learners improve their speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills through interactive activities and practice sessions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach spoken English to students of different levels.
• Conduct conversation practice sessions and group discussions.
• Improve students’ pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback.
• Encourage students to speak English confidently in daily situations.
• Use activities like role-plays, presentations, and debates to improve communication skills.
• Required SkillsGood spoken and written English.
• Clear pronunciation and good communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide students.
• Basic knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary.
• Patience and friendly teaching style.
• QualificationBachelor’s degree (any field) preferred.
• Certification in English training / TESOL / IELTS (optional but useful).
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus.
• Salary (India – Approx.)₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and institute.
