Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painting Specialist responsible for applying high-quality surface coatings on plastic, and composite components. The role requires precision, consistency, and adherence to safety and quality standards to achieve excellent surface finish and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, priming).
• Perform spray painting using manual or automatic spray guns.
• Mix paints, thinners, and hardeners as per specifications.
• Apply primers, base coats, and top coats evenly and accurately.
• Ensure color matching, thickness control, and smooth finish.
• Inspect painted parts for defects such as runs, bubbles, or uneven coating.
• Maintain spray painting equipment and paint booths.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of paint usage and work completed.
