Staff Member - Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Prepare all Kongsi Tea Bar beverages as per standardized recipes (post-training) to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients and supplies as required.
• Operate the cash register accurately, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6month to 1 year of professional experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
