Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care as per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care safely
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility support
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medication usage, and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate nursing records and reports
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, caregivers, and care managers
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns when required
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
